We've invested our time, raised and saved money on our end to get this thing off the ground. We are the only guys we know who think like us that are breaking into the exciting, and dynamic field of Aerospace Commerce.

We even expanded industry expertise to augment our growth by gaining the crucial experience required to perform aerial survey work as a vendor for aerial imaging companies.

• In 2024, air freight traffic recorded around 61.3 million tons of freight carried through commercial airlines worldwide, and in that same year, cargo airlines generated revenue of around $ 102.4 billion U.S. dollars worldwide.1 So please believe the return on investment is here to stay!

Startup Costs for the Air Ops Business

Besides flying under Part 91, standard business filings, establishing logistical infrastructure, and marking out operating expenses, the FAA under 14 CFR Part 91, Part 110, Part 119, Part 121 or Part 135 requires a certain set of certificated filings culminating in an Operating Certificate.2,3

These filings will end up costing us approximately $ 55,000 USD to obtain our Operating Certificate. Once We have the Operating Certificate, AltAir can begin to move your cargo in a large-scale manner through interstate commerce.4,5,6

The aircraft we seek to use for our initial air operations is the Piper Aztec, Cessna Caravan7, and ultimately the EMB 100 8 later down the line. The Caravan flies at over 214 mph, for 1070 miles non-stop, and easily allows us to carry anything up to 3,070 pounds to fit your needs for your desired destination.7

So how do we plan to transition from piston aircraft to a Caravan-Jet fleet that moves efficiently with the latest and greatest?

Upon substantial capital investment , and growth in our market presence, we will shift the focus of our operations from initial flight operations primarily performing express mail and aerial imaging services into a full-time air transport operator.

As Professional Aviators 9 , We will pay your investment forward by conducting profitable training of this generation of Americans, and those yet to come. We will accomplish this objective, while seeking out disadvantaged, and marginalized individuals, who like us, just want a chance to live their dream, and do what they love....FLYING!

We've got to be honest with you, we don't plan on staying in the smaller operation(s) game forever, but We promise to stay in the philanthropy game forever! Being life-long learners has taught us a thing or two about life, and paying it forward!

To this end, we've laid the foundation for a Non-Profit that will be devoted to mentoring diverse and disadvantaged youth, via the field of aviation, as the culture of AltAir evolves even further. Furthermore this philanthropic charity known as the AltAir Initiative will cultivate our youth's intellectual potential through mentorship. We aim to instill in our young Americans patriotism, leadership, education, integrity, and charity.

We at AltAir are an example of the common man that makes our country great. We believe through supporting local business, scholarship, and community, we are then able to collectively improve our State, our Nation and ultimately our Global community as a whole.

For true our initial operations are in the Southeastern United States, however we intend to bring AltAir to every corner of the domestic, and international market.

We are capable and perform express mail ops, aerial survey work, amongst other things to move time sensitive item(s) alongside our contracts utilizing high performance piston aircraft.
Our conservative operating figure(s) are based on current aerospace industry rates, projections, and operating costs, and are available upon requests.
AltAir's agents are compensated on a salary basis, and with more planes comes more money for everyone!
We shall then use the equity generated from our flight operations to advance our full scale Air Operations for increased monetary profit.
